Take a look at our WINTER menu![]() ![]() The Dahu chefs, François Devouassoux with his assistants, Frédéric (ski instructor/mountain guide) and Jean-Marc (ski instructor), invite you to try:- Croûte Dahu (local cheese & ham cooked on bread with garlic & white wine) - Giant cèpe fondue - Raclette cooked over charcoal embers - Brasérade & Pierrade - plus: frogs' legs, snails, fillet steak with morille mushrooms etc...
