At the Hotel Dahu, the "Devouassoux" family restaurant, is famous for its excellent quality traditional French cuisine.

The Dahu chefs, François Devouassoux with his assistants, Frédéric (ski instructor/mountain guide) and Jean-Marc (ski instructor), invite you to try:
- Croûte Dahu (local cheese & ham cooked on bread with garlic & white wine)
- Giant cèpe fondue
- Raclette cooked over charcoal embers
- Brasérade & Pierrade
- plus: frogs' legs, snails, fillet steak with morille mushrooms etc...

At the Dahu restaurant at Argentière, there are 3 dining rooms where you can breakfast overlooking the "Aiguille Verte, "Chardonnet", Argentière glacier....
or spend a relaxing evening after a day on the ski slopes or a mountaineering trip to go over the day's events.
